Property Sales & Leasing Agent

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Property Sales & Leasing Agent with at least two years of proven expertise in the real estate industry. As a Property Sales & Leasing Agent, you will play a pivotal role in connecting property owners with prospective buyers or tenants and ensuring a smooth and successful transaction process.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Presenting Properties: Showcase properties to potential buyers or tenants, providing comprehensive and accurate information about the project. This includes highlighting key features, floor plans, and any relevant amenities.
  • Landlord Representation: Act as a liaison between property owners and the property market, assisting owners in understanding market trends, pricing strategies, and optimizing their property’s appeal to potential buyers or renters.
  • Marketing and Advertising: Develop and execute marketing strategies to effectively advertise available properties. Utilize various media channels and promotional materials to reach a wide audience and generate interest in the listings.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of prospective customers’ needs, living standards, and economic viability. This involves understanding their preferences, budgets, and other relevant factors to match them with suitable properties.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay well-informed about the property market’s current status, including trends, pricing dynamics, and emerging opportunities. This knowledge is vital for providing clients with valuable insights.
  • Information Provision: Offer comprehensive information on all aspects of properties, including legal requirements, documentation, and potential challenges. Ensure clients are well-informed to make confident decisions.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate sales and leasing terms and conditions on behalf of clients. Work towards mutually beneficial agreements and successfully close deals to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in Property Sales & Leasing.
  • Strong knowledge of local and regional property markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using various marketing tools and platforms.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex transactions.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects related to property transactions.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to real estate sales and leasing.
