Created in collaboration with Nikken Sekkei, East Residence 4 draws inspiration from the phases of the moon. As a result, the architecture expresses a gentle transition between day and night. Soft tones, curved forms, and restrained symmetry define the façade, while interiors favour clarity and quiet energy. Rather than making a bold statement, the design focuses on longevity and ease.
This thoughtful approach makes the residence particularly suited to professionals, creatives, and couples seeking balance between work, wellbeing, and personal time.
Views that connect water, greenery, and city life
Orientation plays a key role in the experience of East Residence 4. Primary views overlook Serenity Lake and the surrounding greenery of Jumeirah Islands. At the same time, secondary views extend toward JLT, introducing a sense of urban vitality.
