Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. S/he will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the implementation of architectural projects. You will collaborate with the team of engineers, designers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed with excellence and meet the highest standards of design and functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative design concepts that align with client needs and project goals
- Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors throughout the design and construction process
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather relevant information for project development
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices
- Present design proposals and recommendations to clients and key stakeholders
- Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas to enhance project outcomes
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software
- Strong design sensibility and ability to translate conceptual ideas into practical designs
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A portfolio showcasing previous architectural projects and design work
Language: Proficient in English
