For more than 2 decades, we find ourselves uniquely positioned in one of the most competitive real estate landscapes in the world – Dubai. There is no shortage of landmark projects, mixed use developments, 5-star hotels and large-scale master-planned communities. Yet within this exciting and competitive landscape, Palma Holding has been able to find a niche in high-quality, prime residential developments that offer its residents an exceptional lifestyle coupled with above-average market returns and capital gains.

We will persistently continue to leverage our niche to grow our brand and reputation as a Unique Residential Developer delivering High Quality Developments to our customers and investors.

Leveraging our track record as a solid foundation, our development strategy will continue to aim on delivering unique projects across Dubai’s real estate landscape. We aim to achieve this goal by either acquiring prime plots from Dubai’s master developers, or by creating special partnerships with owners of prime plots in Dubai.

We recently completed our flagship beachfront development, Serenia Residences The Palm, which has quickly become one of Dubai’s most coveted lifestyle residences.

We endeavor to continue offering our Development Management Services to landowners that are looking to partner up with a unique local Dubai developer that can offer remarkable project conceptualization that delivers above average investment returns. We shall leverage our development platform to offer investors access to unique services that connect all the elements of the development lifecycle which we categorize in four areas; 1. Development & Engineering (design conceptualization, consultant and contractor management, authorities management, etc); 2. Marketing; 3. Sales; 4. Operations (finance, legal, regulatory, etc).

We will continue to expand and improve our agency services to our customers, which include buying or selling real estate, leasing services, management services, consultancy and investment advisory services. While we have no aim in becoming one of the largest agencies in Dubai, we are endeavoring to become Dubai’s premium boutique agency, providing our clientele with premium agency services.

Our diversification into retaining prime real estate assets that generate recurring revenue sources have fared well in stabilizing our income sources. We recently developed and leased Olivara Residences & Park, which has quickly become one of the most sought-out residential communities in Dubai, due to its ability to offer high quality homes combined with the high-end level of customer services.

As Dubai’s real estate market continues to thrive, Palma Holding will endeavor to remain very focused and ambitious in further developing its uniqueness within its niche of high-quality residential developments.

Year 2022 will be a super exciting year as Palma Holding plan to launch an extraordinary beachfront residence develop on the most unique plot on the Palm’s Crescent.  This will be a 2.5B (~ $700M) residential development that will dazzle its prospective residents.
