Marketing Manager

As the Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to promote our luxury real estate projects, activate communities, and generate leads for sales growth. You will be responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives, overseeing new project launches, implementing community activation campaigns, and utilizing performance marketing techniques to drive lead generation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Marketing:
    • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with our luxury brand positioning.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer preferences, and emerging trends.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and engage high-end clientele.
    • Monitor and evaluate marketing campaigns’ effectiveness, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  2. New Project Launches:
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for luxury real estate projects, from pre-launch to post-launch activities.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to develop compelling marketing collaterals, including brochures, websites, and advertisements.
    • Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and exclusive showcases to create awareness and generate leads.
    • Leverage digital marketing channels to drive online visibility and engagement during project launches.
  3. Community Activation:
    • Develop and implement community activation strategies to foster a sense of exclusivity and engagement among residents.
    • Plan and execute community events, social initiatives, and personalized loyalty programs to enhance the luxury living experience.
    • Collaborate with the property management team to identify opportunities for community-driven marketing initiatives.
    • Monitor community feedback and sentiment to continuously improve community engagement strategies.
  4. Performance Marketing and Lead Generation:
    • Utilize performance marketing techniques, such as search engine marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing, to generate qualified leads.
    • Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns to maximize lead conversion and return on investment.
    • Analyze marketing data, including website analytics, lead tracking, and conversion rates, to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead nurturing and conversion goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in luxury real estate or high-end property development.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and performance marketing techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to measure and optimize marketing performance.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
